Shipping

Orders go out with Seur express. The shipping amount is shown in the order.

In mainland Spain, delivery is free above 99 €. Below that, 5.50 € is added. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe are priced by parcel weight and sent with Seur. Write to info@msrbikes.com for a quote. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the customer pays any customs charges that are not included in the shipping cost shown by Elecmobil Murcia System S.L.

Large parcels also go with Seur. A promotion on the website can only lower the usual shipping price.

When the parcel arrives, check the packaging and the contents. Note any problem on the delivery receipt and tell us within 24 hours. After that we cannot take responsibility for the damage.
