Shipping

Orders are shipped with urgent transport companies Seur, and the cost of these shipments will be included in the order details.

In Spain (Mainland), shipping is free for purchases over 99 €.

A fee of 5.50 € will be added for orders under 99 €.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the rest of Europe will incur a cost based on the weight of the package being sent and will be carried out via Seur (please inquire via email: info@msrbikes.com).

In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the customer will be responsible for any customs costs incurred, which are not included in the shipping costs shown by Elecmobil Murcia System s.l.

Large volume packages will be shipped via Seur.

There may be occasional promotions announced on the Website that modify these shipping conditions, always reducing the usual shipping cost.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When receiving your package, it is important to check that the packaging and contents are in good condition. If you notice any issues, you must note it on the delivery slip, and you must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred.
