This policy complements the legal notice and the privacy policy. It explains what cookies we use at MSRBikes – Murcia Sobre Ruedas, for what purpose, and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files that the site stores on your device to remember information (for example, the cart or your language). Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) may also be used.

According to Law 34/2002 (LSSI) and the guidelines of the AEPD, strictly necessary cookies for the service you request do not require consent. The rest (analytics, advertising, non-essential personalization) do, and you can reject them as easily as you accept them.

These cookies are first-party (set by MSRBikes – Murcia Sobre Ruedas). They are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Analytics and marketing: at this moment the store does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising tags. If activated in the future, they will only be installed if you accept them in the banner and will appear in this table.

3. How to manage consent

• On your first visit, you will see a notice with the options Accept, Reject, and Configure, with the same emphasis for accepting and rejecting.
• You can change your choice at any time using the “Configure cookies” link in the footer.
• Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from purchasing or using your account.
• Consent is stored for 13 months. After that, we will ask again.

You can also delete or block cookies from your browser. If you block necessary cookies, the cart or login may stop working.

4. Transfers and third parties

Necessary cookies are processed in our systems. Payments (PayPal, Redsys, Cetelem) are made on their gateways when you choose to pay; those pages have their own policies.
