Warranty

All products enjoy the warranty provided by the brand or manufacturer, as well as the legal warranty of conformity.

According to current regulations, the legal warranty period is three years for new consumer goods (and two years for digital content or services), as per the transposition of EU Directive 2019/771. For purchases made before 2022, the previous law applies.

This legal warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the date of the invoice. Keep the invoice: it is essential for processing any incidents.

Commercial Warranty of Brands

In addition to those 3 years of legal warranty, several brands offer an extra commercial coverage. Not all bikes are the same:

  • In BH, the frame can be covered by the LifeTime warranty (for life for the original buyer, with online registration within 30 days). The BH motor can last up to 5 years if registered.
  • Other brands extend the warranty periods for frames, motors, or batteries beyond the legal minimum. We specify this in the product sheet and in-store.

The commercial conditions are set by each manufacturer (registration, use, maintenance at authorized service). MSRBikes is a point of sale and workshop: we help you register the bike and process incidents here in Murcia.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors (accident, impact), incorrect use or installation, use that affects the preservation of the item, commercial or collective use, or incompatible accessories or components.

During the first month after the sale, if a defective product covered by warranty needs to be collected, shipping costs are covered by Elecmobil Murcia System S.L. (MSRBikes).

If it is a minor issue, we will guide you to resolve it without collecting the product. If the brand warranty is needed (for example, an eBike battery), we manage the collection and replacement from the Murcia workshop.
