Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer on this website, you have the right of withdrawal provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) for distance contracts.

1. Deadline and How to Exercise It

You have 14 calendar days from when you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods (or the last of the goods, if the order arrives in several shipments) to withdraw, without stating the reason.

You can use the form on this page or any other unequivocal statement (email with order number). The deadline is considered met if you send the communication before the 14 days expire.

2. Effects and Return

We will refund the payments received, including standard shipping costs (not an urgent or special shipment you may have chosen), without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from when we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return.

You must return the products within a maximum of 14 days from when you communicate the withdrawal, in their original packaging and in conditions that allow for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.

You are only responsible for the decrease in value due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other legal cases, to:

• Goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health and that have been unsealed.
• Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Services already fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to withdraw.
