This scooter has been certified for circulation according to current regulations. To obtain this certification, it has undergone exhaustive mechanical, electrical, and dynamic tests. Any modification of the scooter, installation of non-original elements, such as supplementary batteries, non-original controllers, etc., will not only result in the loss of warranty but also the discharge of the manufacturer's responsibility for possible accidents occurring both while riding and at rest. Modifying the scooter, especially in its electrical part, poses a serious fire risk with consequent danger to people and property.

The electric scooter requires maintenance with corresponding inspections. Periodic verification of play, tires, screw adjustments, etc., is essential.

It should not be used if it has broken parts, if the battery life has decreased significantly, if there are air leaks in the tires, or with signs of wear on any of its parts (pads, levers, etc.) or any other element that may affect safety.

In these cases, and for proper maintenance, the customer should always go to an official SmartGyro workshop.
