This scooter has been certified for circulation in accordance with current regulations. To obtain this certification, it has undergone extensive mechanical, electrical, and dynamic testing. Any modification of the scooter, installation of non-original elements, such as supplementary batteries, non-original controllers, etc., will not only result in the loss of warranty but also the discharge of the manufacturer's responsibility for any accidents that may occur while in motion or at rest. Modifying the scooter, especially its electrical components, poses a serious fire risk, endangering both people and property.

The electric scooter requires maintenance with corresponding inspections. Periodic checks of play, tires, screw adjustments, etc., are essential.

It should not be used if it has broken parts, if the battery life has significantly decreased, if there are air leaks in the tires, or if there are signs of wear on any of its parts (brake pads, levers, etc.) or on any other element that may affect safety.

In these cases, and for proper maintenance, the customer should always go to an official smartGyro workshop.
