This scooter has been certified for circulation in accordance with current regulations. To obtain this certification, it has undergone exhaustive mechanical, electrical, and dynamic tests. Any modification of the scooter, installation of non-original elements, such as supplementary batteries, non-original controllers, etc., will result in not only the loss of warranty but also the discharge of responsibility from the manufacturer in the event of possible accidents occurring both while in motion and at rest. Modifying the scooter, especially in its electrical part, carries a serious risk of fire with consequent danger to people and property.

The electric scooter requires maintenance with the corresponding inspections. Periodic checks of play, tires, screw adjustments, etc. are essential.
It should not be used if it has broken parts, if the battery life has significantly decreased, if there are air leaks in the tires, or with signs of wear on any of its parts (brake pads, levers, etc.) or on any other element that may affect safety.
In these cases, and for proper maintenance, the customer should always go to an official smartGyro workshop.

In no case shall smartGyro be responsible for any defects or damages that the product may have due to defective maintenance by the customer or lack thereof.
